Can I return, exchange, change or cancel my order?"Here at The Sweet Place once an order is placed, it is FINAL. Changes and cancellations cannot be made and refunds are not offered. Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to delivery and the likelyhood of damage is rare.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?"Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to have the the order rectified. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

Are your products natural?Yes, all theproducts at The Sweet Place are made from natural ingredients.
